Serve as the main employee contact for payroll and leave portal queries. Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements; analyse HR data (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment). Collaborate with internal departments to ensure HR process alignment.   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (or in progress). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar corporate or professional services role.
