Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices. Guide and review HR Officer work to ensure accuracy and consistency. Review payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance before Senior Manager approval. Conduct employee meetings: interviews, probationary, performance, and exit meetings with proper documentation. Serve as the main employee contact for payroll and leave portal queries. Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements; analyse HR data (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment). Collaborate with internal departments to ensure HR process alignment.   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (or in progress). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar corporate or professional services role.
