LATAM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – SPANISH SPEAKER

Overview:

Our client, a growing international iGaming company, is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive commercial growth across the LATAM market.

This role is ideal for someone with an established network within the LATAM iGaming industry, strong relationships with operators and aggregators, and a proven track record in selling casino content, sportsbook, or gaming solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities across the LATAM iGaming market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, aggregators, and strategic partners
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Coordinate game launches and promotional initiatives with internal teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and player preferences across LATAM
  • Represent the company at international iGaming events and industry exhibitions
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market updates
  • Support the company's strategic expansion across LATAM

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience within the iGaming industry
  • Strong existing network across the LATAM online gaming market
  • Established relationships with LATAM operators and/or aggregators
  • Experience selling casino content, sportsbook solutions, gaming platforms, or similar products
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business and industry events
  • Good understanding of LATAM player preferences, market dynamics, and regulatory environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with multiple LATAM markets
  • Existing relationships with Tier 1 operators or major aggregators
  • Experience attending major iGaming events such as ICE, SBC, GAT, or SiGMA
  • Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management tools
