Job Description: Commercial Director (iGaming) Location: Brazil Reports to: Global Operations Director Role Overview: The Commercial Director leads the Brazilian commercial function of the company, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and player lifetime value. The role bridges product, marketing, VIP, affiliate partnerships, and customer support to ensure commercial success and superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: ? Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and regional market dynamics. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing to align cross-functional efforts. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and player insights to guide revenue-driving initiatives. ? Team Leadership & People Management Manage and align the following teams under one commercial vision: Head of VIP, including VIP Tier 1–3 teams CRM Manager, Campaign Manager, and UX/UI Designer Product Manager and product marketing contributors Affiliate Manager, Copywriter, and Social Media Manager (SMM) Head of LATAM Customer Support & Ombudsman Director, including: Regional CS Supervisors and QA Analysts Provide performance coaching, set KPIs, oversee hiring and growth, and promote collaboration between departments to optimize commercial output and customer satisfaction. ? Revenue Growth & Customer Value Drive core KPIs such as ARPU, player retention, conversion, and LTV. Oversee the commercial performance of acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies. Align customer support activities with monetization and retention goals, ensuring service excellence impacts revenue positively. ? Commercial-Product Alignment Ensure product enhancements and roadmaps support commercial goals. Coordinate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to align features with player engagement strategies. ? Budgeting & Forecasting Own commercial budget planning and execution. Work with Finance and Operations Director on accurate forecasting and risk mitigation in revenue plans. Requirements: Minimum 7 years in commercial leadership roles, ideally in iGaming, online entertainment, or consumer tech. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including marketing, VIP, product, affiliates, and customer service. Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, monetization tactics, and service-to-revenue alignment. Strong data literacy, P&L awareness, and strategic mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese.   Preferred Qualifications: Experience in LATAM markets and managing regional teams. Knowledge of regulatory environments in iGaming. Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
