This company is in the regulatory compliance space - working within the iGaming sector. It is now looking to recruit a newly created role - Director of Client Relationships to further expand the team in Manila.
Based in the Manilla office, you will work closely with and report into the COO. Externally, you will work with stakeholders within government departments, iGaming companies and industry bodies.
The person in the role will be involved in lots of face to face meetings, negotiations and discussions with external stakeholders at various levels. He or she will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client matters-providing a reliable channel of communication for concerns, escalations and process alignment. The role is varied and the person within the role will also be involved in reporting, conflict resolution, persuading, educating and clarifying situations and explaining.
The ideal candidate will need to speak both Filipino (Tagalog) and English, and just as important is that they are persuasive and influential, they will also need to be relationship builders, patient, persistent, pragmatic, diplomatic and possess excellent communication skills.
Experience working with compliance - related or compliance focused industries, relationship management in particular experience coordinating with government bodies would be highly sort (so experience as a government liaison officer would be ideal) . IGaming experience would be ideal but not essential.
