Ideal for a seasoned iGaming technology leader eager to make a tangible impact.
About the Studio
With over a decade of experience developing high-quality real-money casino games, this studio is known for delivering visually captivating and mathematically rich content. The portfolio spans classic slots, bespoke table games, and innovative crash games, all created by a team of seasoned industry professionals.
With a proprietary Remote Gaming Server (RGS) and full licensing in place, the studio ensures complete control, scalability, and compliance across regulated and unregulated markets. Identify and remediate technical debt across legacy systems — through stabilisation, refactoring, or full rebuilds;
Implement scalable, modular design patterns that support seamless integrations and reliable reporting;
Ensure platform readiness for diverse regulatory and performance requirements, including latency and compliance considerations.

Lead the technical compliance efforts for regulated markets;
Oversee platform security, including data protection, access control, and monitoring;
Ensure robust reliability with effective failover systems, disaster recovery, and regular testing.
About You
Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, Chief Architect, or Principal Engineer at an iGaming slots provider;
Deep understanding of RGS platforms, game delivery pipelines, and operator integrations;
Hands-on expertise in platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs, and legacy system modernisation;
Strong foundation in data systems and analytics, capable of delivering insights that support cross-functional teams;
Skilled at leading and developing high-performing technical teams, with strong communication and a pragmatic, empathetic approach;
Demonstrated success in building scalable, global platforms;
