The Opportunity
An established online gaming operator is seeking a hands-on Product Owner - Casino to take ownership of its online casino product and help drive growth across the digital business.This is a highly visible role for someone who genuinely understands casino games, player behaviour, promotional mechanics, lobby management, supplier coordination, and the day-to-day trading of an online casino product. The successful candidate will relocate to Santo Domingo and work closely with the local leadership team to improve the customer experience, optimise performance, and shape the casino roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the online casino product roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with commercial goals and player needs.• Lead the optimisation of the casino lobby, including game placement, category management, content visibility, and customer journeys.
• Analyse casino performance, player behaviour, game-level metrics, conversion, retention, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan and coordinate the launch of new casino games, providers, promotional tools, product features, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Payments, Compliance, and external platform or game providers.
• Improve casino promotional mechanics, bonus flows, player segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns to increase activity and retention.
• Translate commercial and operational requirements into clear product specifications for internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Monitor competitor casino products, game portfolios, bonus structures, and market trends
• Act as the internal casino product expert, providing practical recommendations that improve player experience and commercial performance.
• Support local leadership with hands-on execution, problem solving, product testing, and continuous product improvement.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Casino Manager, Casino Product Specialist, or similar within online casino or iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of online casino games, providers, aggregators, player journeys, promotional mechanics, and retention strategies.
• A hands-on operator who is comfortable reviewing performance data, spotting product gaps, and making practical recommendations.
• Experience working with third-party casino platforms, game suppliers, payment teams, CRM teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Good understanding of bonus logic, free spins, tournaments, jackpots, gamification, segmentation, and player lifecycle management.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, compliance, operational delivery, and revenue growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English are essential.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

About the role:
Our client is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Operations team and support their continued expansion across Latin America. This role sits at the intersection of Technical Operations, Engineering, and Client Services, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and performance of operator and provider integrations.
The successful candidate will act as the primary technical contact for clients, managing integrations, supporting live production environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for operator and provider partners across Latin America.
Manage technical integrations from onboarding through to production go-live.
