One of my client is looking for an HR system and Analytics consultant able to join their company. This company strives to push the future of payments by partnering with carriers globally, ushering in a new era of mobile-enhanced payments. The perfect match will review whether the current HRIS (Bamboo HR) is fit for purpose and, if necessary, lead a vendor review and RFP process. Should a new system be selected, they will be responsible for project managing the migration and implementation. The role also ensures that our HRIS is fully integrated, supports process efficiency, and reduces manual interventions in HR operations.   Key responsibility: HR Systems and Integration Review and assess whether the current HRIS is fit for purpose, aligned to business needs and future growth Lead the end-to-end RFP process if a new system is required, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, and evaluation Project manage the implementation and migration to a new HRIS if selected, including planning, testing, rollout, and change communications Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to deliver a scalable and secure integration strategy Oversee data migration, testing, configuration, and rollout of system enhancements Ensure system stability and functionality across key processes including onboarding, payroll, performance, and compensation Process Optimization and Efficiency Review and document current HR processes to identify automation opportunities Implement workflow solutions that reduce manual work and support future scaling Monitor system usage and adoption, and adjust configurations to ensure continuous improvement Partner with HR Shared Services to embed improvements that reduce future workload Key Skills: Demonstrated experience delivering HRIS improvements and integrations (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) Strong understanding of HR operations and process design Experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or similar tools Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance in an HR context Proactive communicator with a user-focused approach to change Comfortable collaborating across HR, IT, and external vendors Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in fast-growing or international businesses preferred

Software Engineer – Business Intelligence Team Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production services that integrate with the company’s tech stack to support Data Science and Business Intelligence. Enhance and modernize the DS stack while addressing technical debt. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design tools, define best practices, and operationalize outputs. Contribute to business projects, particularly on tool and data model design. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing and deployment. Support project scoping, service design, and integration planning alongside the team lead. Desired experience: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in Python and applying software engineering best practices. Experience conducting compliance reviews, risk mapping, and due diligence processes. Skilled in both English and Portuguese, with strong communication and analytical skills. Exposure to legal or compliance tech tools, such as Power BI, is highly desirable. Professional certifications like CIPP, DPO, ACAMS, or ICA are beneficial but not mandatory. It is key to maintaining licence conditions, promoting responsible gambling, and ensuring the business operates with integrity and transparency.   Key Responsibilities:   AML and Responsible Gambling Monitor customer activity for signs of money laundering or problem gambling. Carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) and source of funds (SOF) checks when required. Review and verify KYC documentation. Data Management & Record Keeping Maintain accurate compliance records, risk assessments, and audit documentation. Manage customer records relating to compliance matters. Incident and Breach Management Conduct internal investigations and escalate issues or potential breaches to the Compliance Manager. Complaints Investigate escalated complaints, recommend appropriate actions, and ensure accurate documentation.
