Developing strategic content and structured engagement frameworks to drive participation. Using automation and data driven monetization, you will turn these communities into engines of retention, revenue and organic growth. Mission of the Role Transform digital community spaces into drivers of retention, revenue, and organic growth. Core Responsibilities Build and manage highly engaged online communities across platforms including Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. Create and maintain content calendars and engagement frameworks. Convert community participation into paid adoption. Launch exclusive access initiatives and gated campaigns. Implement automation, role systems, engagement mechanics, and moderation tools. Reduce churn through structured community activation strategies.
