We are looking for an Online Casino Manager with deep online casino experience to own the casino player experience from day one. The role focuses on promotions, bonusing, gamification, segmentation, and UX analysis and optimisation.
You will analyse player behaviour, build segmented player journeys, and continuously optimise engagement, retention and player value.
The role offers significant scope for creativity and innovation in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
Own and optimise casino promotions, bonuses and gamification
Design segmented player journeys based on early player behaviour
Drive performance across core casino KPIs: conversion, retention, ARPU, LTV and churn
Build and use advanced reporting and analysis to guide decision-making
Work with product and UX to improve casino discovery and player experience
Act as the internal casino expert, representing the casino player across the business
Qualifications
Strong online casino background
Proven experience building managing casino promotions and bonuses
Deep understanding of casino player behaviour and lifecycle
Highly analytical and comfortable owning commercial KPIs
Experience in regulated markets (NJ experience a plus)

Overview
An established European operator is expanding its licensed operations in Malta and is looking for a hands-on Senior Operations professional to work closely with the CEO and take ownership of day-to-day operational performance under the Maltese regulatory framework.
This is a functional leadership role with real operational depth across casino and/or sportsbook, risk, fraud, compliance coordination, and supplier management.
You will not be managing only from a distance. The role requires someone who understands how the product works, how providers are onboarded, how payments and fraud flows behave, and how regulated operations run in practice.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Overseeing daily B2C operations across casino and/or sportsbook, ensuring platform stability and performance
Acting as the operational point of contact for licensed activities and working closely with internal key functions
Managing risk and fraud processes linked to payments, chargebacks, bonus abuse, and transactional monitoring
Coordinating with PSPs, platform providers, game studios, and external suppliers
Supporting game and provider onboarding, configurations, and operational readiness
Handling incidents, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements
Contributing to team setup and process building as the Malta function scales
Providing operational reporting and insights directly to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in MGA-regulated B2C iGaming operations
Solid exposure to risk, fraud, payments, and compliance collaboration
Good understanding of casino operations (game setup, providers, flows) – sportsbook knowledge is a plus
Experience working with PSPs, platforms, and third-party suppliers
Ability to operate independently in a regulated, high-availability environment
Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and supporting licence-related functions
Exposure to building or scaling teams/processes is a strong advantage

Role Overview
We are supporting a growing iGaming business in Malta, looking to add a Junior Finance Officer to its finance team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance, gain hands-on exposure, and develop within a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, supporting day-to-day financial operations while gaining exposure to reporting, compliance, and group finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, AP/AR, and month-end processes
Assist with intercompany reconciliations and group finance coordination
Support revenue calculations, invoicing, and posting of sales invoices within financial systems
Assist with cash flow monitoring, payments, bank administration, and basic credit control
Support VAT returns and other regulatory or statutory filings
Help maintain internal financial controls, documentation, and audit readiness
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and audit processes
Provide general finance support to the team as required
Key Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (ACCA / ACA students considered an asset)
Strong attention to detail with a structured, organised approach to work
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn finance systems
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Collaborative attitude and clear communication skills
Prior iGaming exposure is beneficial but not essential
