A leading, regulated iGaming company is expanding and looking to hire a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist.
This is a fully remote role working over four days per week (fte).
Main Duties include;
Assist with queries regarding technical compliance requests.
Support certification and audit processes across several jurisdictions as needed.
Facilitate planning and direction around requesting new/modified technical compliance features.
Test new product versions to ensure compliance with certified regulations.
Create, review and amend technical compliance policies to ensure they are up to date with all relevant rules, laws and regulations and that proper procedures are in place.
Perform internal audits to verify proper implementation and operation of compliance measures in certified environments.
Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant technical regulations in the current certifications.
Investigate technical requirements for new markets and conduct gap assessments.
Learn about new products and technologies to advise on compliant applications.
Develop and provide training materials for general staff on efficient usage and best practices in regulated markets.
Support the Legal team with the gaming authorities and clients for all kinds of analysis on technical questions and doubts.
Experience required;
5+ years of experience in providing legal advice to companies related to the gaming industry.
Knowledge in Compliance and Project Management.
Communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to ally yourself with a worldwide holding of leading companies in the gaming sector.
Expertise that would be highly beneficial;
Experience in the following jurisdictions: Malta, Spain, Greece, Romania, UK.
Experience in betting verticals: Sportsbook, aggregator, casino and virtuals.
Good understanding of Sportsbook and Betting Platform.

My Client as part of their continued growth are seeking to recruit a Senior Tax Executive.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in the oversight for a respective client portfolio to ensure compliance with Maltese tax obligations and timely submission of necessary tax documents;
Review corporate and individual tax returns prepared by junior team members to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable legislation;
Prepare corporate tax computations, income tax returns (including fiscal unit returns), shareholder registration forms, and refund claim forms for clients, as required;
Prepare individual income tax returns of varying complexity, including those filed under Maltese residence schemes or specific tax statuses;
Liaise with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration in connection with standard client tax matters, including compliance queries and administrative procedures;
Provide support to the tax advisory department on an ad-hoc basis, particularly in matters involving corporate restructuring, share transfers, or cross-border considerations;
Contribute to the preparation of technical training materials, guidelines, articles, or other forms of content concerning relevant tax topics, under the guidance of management;
Collaborate with team members to identify potential enhancements to procedures, documentation, or client service workflows, and escalate these suggestions for managerial review and implementation;
Support junior colleagues by providing informal guidance and technical input, particularly during the review or preparation of client deliverables.
Requirements:
Qualified in Accountancy or equivalent (ACA, ACCA), with a CPA warrant;
Tertiary qualifications (MIT, ADIT) are advantageous;
Over 2 years of tax experience with expertise in Maltese tax;
Strong work ethic, ownership of tasks, and excellent communication skills in English and Maltese;
Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes like Excel, Outlook and Word as well as SAGE;
Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing;
The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or for individuals;
Ability to work both independently and in a team;

You will ensure the company meets all regulatory and licensing requirements. Act as the main expert on Swedish regulations, manage reporting to authorities, handle escalated complaints and regulatory investigations, lead internal/external audits and more.
Requirements:
4+ years of iGaming compliance experience, including the Swedish market, strong regulatory and audit experience, fluent English and Swedish, and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and regulators.
