Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and down-funnel optimization. Experience with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular). Comfortable working during peak sports windows (evenings/weekends). Excellent communicator with strong documentation and QA habits. Bonus Skills Experience launching campaigns across multiple US states. Familiarity with creator allowlisting, UGC pipelines, and rapid creative testing. Knowledge of Apple Search Ads and app store optimization. Sports calendar fluency and live-ops tactics (e.g., NFL kickoffs, March Madness).

Role Summary A hands-on management role responsible for driving growth through affiliate, influencer, and streaming marketing channels within the iGaming sector. The role requires 2-3 years of proven iGaming experience, preferably with sweepstakes marketing exposure. The role is fully remote however, you need to be based in Europe!
