About the Role:
This is a key opportunity for an experienced VIP Manager to take ownership of the VIP function for a fast-moving online casino brand rooted in Brazil. The role focuses on designing a high-impact VIP program tailored to local players, building personal relationships with high-value users, and driving loyalty, retention, and revenue. The position is fully remote, ideally suited for candidates based in Brazil, and offers the chance to work in a nimble, non-corporate environment with plenty of autonomy.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement a VIP program specifically for the Brazilian market, including player segmentation and targeting strategies for high-value and emerging VIPs.
Develop and execute personalized promotions, experiences, and loyalty rewards to retain and engage top-tier players.
Serve as the primary contact for VIP customers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone, delivering a concierge-level service.
Monitor player behavior to identify churn risks and proactively re-engage inactive or at-risk VIPs.
Work closely with internal departments—marketing, payments, support, and operations—to deliver a seamless VIP experience.
Report market trends and competitor activity to leadership and help shape overall VIP strategy.
Desired experience:
Native-level Portuguese and strong English communication skills.
Proven background as a VIP Manager or Host in iGaming (online casino, sports betting, or social gaming).
Solid understanding of Brazilian player preferences, cultural nuances, and local payment systems like PIX.

Mission
You will own the design and delivery of my clients entry strategies in American markets, ensuring they are strategically sound, financially viable, and operationally scalable. You build the go-to-market blueprint for each priority opportunity, own the business case, and lead the internal alignment across functions. You shape and structure strategic partnerships, tenders, and consortia from a Group-level perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Define go-to-market models (e.g., JV, PMA, acquisition, B2B, license) with input from relevant teams
Build and own the financial business plan and profitability model for each opportunity
Design strategic partnerships or consortia, aligning legal, governance, and financial dimensions
Serve as the clients lead on internal governance for market entries (SteerCos, investment committees)
Support execution of M&A projects in coordination with Group Corporate Development
