Korean-speaking Customer Service Executive Location: Onsite in Nicosia, Cyprus Relocation: VISA sponsorship (for 2 years) and relocation package provided Salary: €2500 net per month + bonus A well-established and respected iGaming company is seeking a Korean-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer care and eager to be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer support to Korean-speaking users via live chat and email. Troubleshoot user issues efficiently, providing timely and accurate solutions. Guide customers through website navigation, account setup, and account management. Work closely with internal teams such as Payments and Fraud to ensure a safe gaming environment. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services. Requirements: Native or fluent Korean language skills (additional languages are a plus). Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming or online services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse customer base. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to relocate to Cyprus. Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Desirable Qualities: A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction. Patience, empathy, and professionalism in all customer interactions. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting. Technically savvy with an understanding of online gaming platforms. Business Development Manager – iGaming/Asia   New Business focused Fast growing Casino Games provider Remote role, based anywhere in Asia Competitive base + commission structure This company is one of the fastest growing Casino Games providers, with over 700 partners with offices around the globe. It employs over 1000 people and are looking for a Business Development Manager to help them expand into the Asian market. Based anywhere in Asia, this role reports into the Head of Sales of the business. It will focus on bringing in new business. Some of your time will be client facing where you will be expected to have interactions with both operators & aggregators at conferences around the world. To be successful in the role you will need to have had sales management experience gained in the iGaming sector. You will have solid networks and possess communication, relationship building,  persuasiveness, negotiation skills and be energetic. Interested?
