The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Marketing Executive to scale and optimise our customer acquisition ecosystem. You will take ownership of key acquisition channels - paid media, affiliates, streamers, creators, influencers, and performance partnerships, with a focus on traffic quality, FTD growth, CPA efficiency, and long-term value. Working closely with the Head of Acquisition, you’ll help drive strategy, execution, and measurable growth in a highly performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition & Growth

  • Manage and optimise paid media, affiliates, programmatic, creators, and influencer channels.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners (agencies, affiliates, publishers, creators).
  • Test and scale new channels, creatives, geographies, and partner models.
  • Optimise budgets, bids, and payout structures to maximise ROI and player quality.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Performance & Analysis

  • Own acquisition reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Analyse FTDs, CPA, LTV, ROAS, retention, and incremental uplift.
  • Conduct deep-dive reviews and recommend corrective or scaling actions.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights with clear recommendations.

Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage affiliate, creator, and media partner relationships.
  • Oversee commercial terms, incentives, tracking, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with BI, CRM, creative, and product marketing to optimise attribution, onboarding, and messaging.

Testing & Optimisation

  • Lead structured experimentation across creatives, offers, audiences, and geographies.
  • Translate insights into scalable growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of trends across crypto, Web3, esports, and creator ecosystems.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years in acquisition or performance marketing (iGaming, crypto, fintech, or similar performance-led environments preferred).
  • Strong understanding of paid media, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.
  • Proven ability to scale measurable acquisition channels.
  • Advanced analytical skills; confident using Excel/Sheets and performance dashboards (SQL/GA/Looker/Tableau a plus).
  • Commercially strong, with experience negotiating partner terms.
