Reporting to the Head of Player Engagement, you will work closely with CRM, Acquisition, Customer Support, and Technical teams to manage the full VIP player lifecycle. From activation and reactivation through to long-term retention, you will act as a trusted point of contact for VIPs while supporting outbound engagement initiatives, quality assurance activities, and localization efforts where required.
