Business Development Manager – Corporate Services (Malta)
Working in a consultative capacity, you will build relationships with senior stakeholders, promoting services such as company formation, regulatory and compliance support, tax and VAT structuring, and ongoing corporate administration. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and developing networks through to presenting tailored solutions and securing new business, collaborating closely with in-house specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
This position is ideal for a commercially driven individual with a strong B2B background in professional services, corporate solutions, or international advisory. You will be confident operating in a relationship-led environment, comfortable engaging with cross-border clients, and motivated by developing new revenue streams within a growing and entrepreneurial team.

Our partner here at Pentasia are hiring for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of direct operator relationships across regulated European markets, with an initial and primary focus on the German/DACH region. This is a hands-on role combining new business development and account management, suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and growing accounts in parallel. The role is fully remote within Europe and will play a key part in expanding direct market presence.
You will be responsible for signing new operator partnerships, managing existing client relationships, and driving commercial performance across your portfolio. This includes identifying and engaging key stakeholders, negotiating commercial terms, supporting integrations and launches, and ensuring ongoing account growth and retention. You will work closely with internal teams across product, compliance, and operations to deliver smooth rollouts and long-term commercial success.
The ideal candidate is a native or fluent German speaker with a strong network or proven access into German-speaking operators. You will bring experience in B2B iGaming sales or commercial roles, confidence representing a product at industry events, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment. This role suits someone comfortable balancing strategic deal-making with day-to-day account ownership and relationship management.
