Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Oversee development of SDKs, APIs, and services within a regulated environment
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and delivery teams to execute the roadmap
- Drive accurate estimations, planning, and prioritisation of work
- Coach and mentor engineers
- Monitor delivery metrics and optimise processes and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Support hiring, performance management, and career development
Desired experience:
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams delivering complex products
- Background as a Software Engineer in a commercial environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with modern development practices and full SDLC
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
