My client is a newly formed iGaming and lottery company, part of a leading iGaming business.

 Interim Treasury Manager – Back Office to oversee treasury back-office operations, systems, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage treasury back-office activities 

  • Oversee banking administration

  • Ensure compliance (KYC/AML, audits, treasury controls, regulatory reviews)

  • Maintain and improve treasury systems

  • Lead and manage the team 

Key Requirements

  • Relevant finance/treasury/accounting qualifications

  • Experience managing a treasury back-office team (ideally in iGaming)

  • Ability to advise, solve problems, and work cross-functionally

Analyse weekly/monthly recruitment reports and provide insights to the HR Senior Manager. Coordinate training, performance appraisals, KPI setting, and development initiatives. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices. Guide and review HR Officer work to ensure accuracy and consistency. Review payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance before Senior Manager approval. Conduct employee meetings: interviews, probationary, performance, and exit meetings with proper documentation. Serve as the main employee contact for payroll and leave portal queries. Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements; analyse HR data (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment). Collaborate with internal departments to ensure HR process alignment.   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (or in progress). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar corporate or professional services role.
