Brand Marketing Lead.
What we’re looking for
Seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Lead to take on a high-impact, cross-functional role within the Marketing function. Acting as the primary execution partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, this person will be responsible for driving coordination across all key marketing disciplines, including Acquisition, Retention (CRM & VIP), Design, Content, and Product.
This role will act as the central connector between strategy and execution, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered in a structured, brand-consistent, and commercially effective way. The goal is to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a unified brand identity while supporting measurable business growth.
What you’ll do
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, coordinating multiple campaigns across channels and business areas
- Translate senior leadership strategy and business goals into clear project plans with defined timelines, owners, and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional alignment sessions across Acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, Design, Content, and Product teams
- Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and relevant compliance standards
Cross-Functional Delivery & Coordination
- Act as the central point of accountability for live marketing activity, helping resolve dependencies and unblock teams
- Build and maintain detailed project plans using structured project management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent)
- Run regular cross-team reviews to ensure delivery stays on track, on brief, and within budget
Acquisition Marketing
- Brief and guide performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns remain consistent with brand standards
- Review creative assets and messaging for alignment with campaign objectives and brand positioning
- Work closely with Design and Product on landing page strategy to optimise conversion while maintaining brand integrity
- Identify opportunities for ongoing performance improvement
Retention, CRM & VIP Marketing
- Partner with lifecycle marketing teams to coordinate CRM programmes, including onboarding journeys, reactivation, loyalty initiatives, and promotional planning
- Ensure retention activity is aligned with broader marketing priorities and campaigns
Brand, Design & Content Governance
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines in collaboration with senior brand and design stakeholders
- Oversee the content calendar across key events, product launches, seasonal peaks, and market-specific moments
Reporting & Performance Management
- Define and monitor campaign performance metrics in collaboration with analytics teams
- Present regular performance updates to senior leadership
- Own consolidated marketing reporting dashboards providing a single view of key KPIs
- Lead post-campaign analysis and embed learnings into future planning
- Manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and identifying optimisation opportunities
What you’ll bring
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, including senior-level responsibility; at least 2 years in a regulated digital entertainment or gaming environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing projects or campaigns
- Strong understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing principles, including CRM, promotions, and customer segmentation
- Strong creative judgement with the ability to assess copy, design, and user experience from both a brand and commercial perspective
- Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and testing frameworks to inform decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
- Experience using project management tools and collaborative marketing platforms
- Awareness of marketing compliance requirements in regulated industries
Desirable
- Experience working across multiple markets or jurisdictions
- Exposure to product marketing or go-to-market planning for digital products
- Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics platforms
- Background in performance marketing channels such as paid media or SEO
