Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between business and tech. Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and familiarity with wireframing tools and processes. Knowledge of online gaming, betting, or loyalty/rewards systems is a plus, though not essential. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user experiences, define requirements, and oversee projects from concept to launch. Main Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end feature development, from concept to live release. Translate product vision into clear specifications, user stories, and processes. Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver on strategic goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Perform user acceptance testing, ensuring features align with original functionality. Monitor KPIs, funnels, and user journeys to measure success and optimize experiences. Present concepts, updates, and demos to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ensure alignment with related systems across the wider product portfolio. Continuously identify gaps and improvements in the product experience. What We’re Looking For Experience taking large-scale projects from concept to launch, ideally in iGaming. Strong ability to write clear, detailed business requirements supported by visuals/designs. Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and development processes. Technical understanding (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus) and/or design experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Creative mindset with a passion for player experience and innovation. Fluent in English.
