Job Description: Finance Assistant - 3 Month Contract

My Client a well-established iGaming business is on the lookout for a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager and team in handling key financial tasks. This role will involve account reconciliation, data management, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Ideally looking for an immediately available Finance professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain financial data with a focus on integrity.
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new internal controls and processes.
- Manage supplier master data, accounting, and banking applications.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
- Organize and maintain efficient electronic filing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payment/invoicing issues.
- Maintain accuracy in posting transactions and processing expenses.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance or related field
- AAT or Part ACCA/ACA Qualified

Location - Rome/ Hybrid - 2 days from home
A leader within the iGaming industry is looking to expand their AML team in Italy as they look to hire an AML Lead to support the MLRO in developing AML rules, monitoring transactions, submit Suspicious Activity Reports to the FIU and responding to information requests from Italian authorities and more.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain AML transaction monitoring rules, alerts, and procedures.
Review gaming activity and investigate unusual or high-risk cases.
Prepare reports and insights for Senior Management.
Submit SARs
Work closely with Fraud & Payments, Product, and IT teams to embed AML controls.
Oversee AML training and support policy and procedure updates
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in AML/CFT, fraud, or player risk (gaming, payments, or financial services).
Strong knowledge of EU and Italian AML regulations, including KYC/CDD and transaction monitoring.
Experience with AML/KYC tools and case management systems.
Fluent English

My client a CSP is on the lookout for a Legal Advisor to join the regulatory and legal team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow in a thriving business .
Duties include:
Advising regulated and non-regulated clients on a multitude of legal and regulatory obligations
Assisting in and taking ownership of the day-to-day planning and management of clients’ activities and obligations
Keeping updated of all relevant laws and regulations
Identifying market and regulatory trends
Developing and delivering training to clients and members of staff on the use of systems, procedures and internal processes of relevant concern;
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the advisory space;
A Doctor of Laws (LL.D) and/or Master of Advocacy (M.Adv) degree (or EU/EEA recognised equivalent), along with a valid warrant/authorisation to practice law in Malta;
Organised, self-driven and able to work independently;
Verbal and written fluency in English.
