Key Responsibilities   Oversee daily online operations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. Manage and expand the affiliate program, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth. Serve as the liaison between the competence center and field teams, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of initiatives. Prepare and submit accurate monthly performance reports to both management and regulatory authorities. Lead and optimize the call center, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.   The role is based In Angola and you will be onsite and need to relocate.
