Our client is a dynamic and successful online gaming and sports betting company seeking a German-speaking Sales Agent to join our energetic Sales Team on-site in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
- Reactivate inactive players and provide personalized recommendations to increase engagement and retention.
- Promote bonus campaigns and introduce new games, features, and payment methods.
- Guide players through the website for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Passion for the online gambling and sports betting industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport easily.
- Competitive spirit and drive to achieve success.
- B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.
- Native-level German language skills

Your Role:
Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone, providing timely and effective support.
Take ownership of more complex issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concerns.
Process KYC verification and enhanced due diligence when necessary.
Review and approve withdrawal requests in line with security protocols.
Conduct daily security checks to monitor new accounts and transactions.

Role Overview
We are supporting a growing iGaming business in Malta, looking to add a Junior Finance Officer to its finance team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance, gain hands-on exposure, and develop within a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, supporting day-to-day financial operations while gaining exposure to reporting, compliance, and group finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, AP/AR, and month-end processes
Assist with intercompany reconciliations and group finance coordination
Support revenue calculations, invoicing, and posting of sales invoices within financial systems
Assist with cash flow monitoring, payments, bank administration, and basic credit control
Support VAT returns and other regulatory or statutory filings
Help maintain internal financial controls, documentation, and audit readiness
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and audit processes
Provide general finance support to the team as required
Key Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (ACCA / ACA students considered an asset)
Strong attention to detail with a structured, organised approach to work
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn finance systems
