My client is looking for someone to attend all 12 games of the tournament and record key play-by-play actions, such as made baskets, rebounds, and shooting fouls, using a proprietary iPhone app.
Role Overview:
You’d be inside the stadium collecting real-time data. This role requires focus, accuracy, and solid understanding of basketball flow and rules.
Requirements:
iPhone 12 or newer (iPhone 14+ preferred)
Strong understanding of basketball rules and gameplay
Fast and accurate data entry
Ability to stay attentive throughout multiple games per day
Must be able to attend all 12 games from Nov 24–26

About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate their 24/7 Customer Support Center. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a large team, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional player experience across multiple iGaming products.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role within a rapidly growing global company.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Oversight
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 100+ Customer Service Clerks and Supervisors.
Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to drive quality and productivity.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and talent development.
Operational Management
Build and refine workflows, scripts, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
Handle workforce planning to ensure efficient 24/7 operational coverage.
Ensure adherence to company policies, responsible gaming practices, and service standards.
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs such as CSAT, FRT, NPS, handling time, and QA scores.
Produce regular reports with insights for operational improvements.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance systems and support tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Payments, KYC/AML, Marketing, Affiliates, Tech Support, and VIP teams.
Assist with new product launches, promotions, and system implementations.
Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor benchmarks to improve CS operations.
Promote a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
Requirements
5+ years managing Customer Service teams (online or e-commerce).
Mandatory iGaming experience (casino, sportsbook, lottery).
Proven ability to lead large teams in high-demand environments.
Experience with omnichannel tools (Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat).
Knowledge of CRM systems, back-office platforms, and KYC/AML processes.
Strong analytical and KPI management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
Experience with remote team management.
Strong background in process optimization and customer experience strategy.
High numerical proficiency and data-driven decision-making skills.

The Role:
This role is primarily a full-stack developer position, with a strong focus on AI evaluation and client integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Integration & Engineering
· Prompt engineering (design and implement client specific prompts)
· Model selection (evaluation and selection of LLM configurations for client specific context)
· Build and maintain integrations between the AI platform and client systems (PAMs, CRMs, ticketing, chat, data APIs, etc.)
· Support deployment, configuration, and validation of new AI environments for enterprise customers
· Develop and maintain reusable SDKs, API wrappers, and automation scripts to streamline onboarding
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Product and Solutions teams
AI Evaluation & Quality
· Design and run automated and manual evaluation tests for AI responses (accuracy, tone, latency, compliance)
· Build dashboards and tools to monitor AI quality and performance across client deployments
· Partner with the Senior Product Manager to translate evaluation findings into roadmap improvements
· Collaborate with the AI engineering team to test new model versions and fine-tuning experiments

About You:
My client are seeking a full-stack engineer who can work comfortably at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and client delivery.
Requirements:
· 4+ years’ experience in full-stack engineering or ML
· Strong proficiency in Node.js with Ruby on rails experience a major plus
· Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
· Familiarity with LLMs or conversational AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
· Experience with evaluation frameworks (precision/recall, prompt-based testing, or human-in-the-loop QA)
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to debug across systems
· Excellent communication skills and comfort working across distributed global teams
