My client, a global leader in iGaming, is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of FP&A to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function and play a key role in shaping business decisions, you will partner closely with the CFO and Exec team.

As Head of FP&A, you will not only provide the financial insights that guide decision-making. You will also help shape a more scalable, data-driven, and forward-looking finance function.

What You Will Do
Financial planning & forecasting
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the long-term strategic plan and financial roadmap
- Lead scenario analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making
- Own and drive the annual budgeting process across the organisation
- Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, costs, cash flow, and capital requirements
- Lead quarterly reforecasting and rolling forecasts
- Ensure robustness and integrity of financial models through strong controls, documentation, and testing
- Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis vs budget and prior year
- Deliver high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and Board meetings
- Own management reporting and executive dashboards
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Analyse performance across business units, markets, products, and customer segments
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and cost optimisation
- Foster a culture of analytical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Evaluate and implement improved tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Champion automation, new technologies, and best practices
- Strengthen the overall impact and effectiveness of the finance function
- Strong experience in FP&A, financial planning, or strategic finance in a complex organisation
- Advanced financial modelling skills and experience with multi-scenario planning
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business insights
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence decision-making at senior level
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organisation
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement

Role: Payments Manager
Hybrid - Full time
A leader in iGaming is on the lookout for a Payments Manager on Malta.
You will take responsibility for global duties, supporting Heads of Payments based in Serbia, Cyprus, developing relationships with PSPs, negotiating, travelling and more. Reporting to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day payment operations, including processing player deposits and withdrawals across various methods (cards, e-wallets, crypto).
Ensuring the highest possible payment success rates by monitoring reliability and fixing failure patterns.
Managing multi-currency operations.
Handling high-level or escalated payment disputes and complaints.
PSP & Vendor Relationships:
Sourcing, onboarding, and integrating new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and alternative payment methods (APMs).
Negotiating commercial terms, fees, and service agreements with payment partners.
Monitoring SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance to ensure timely settlements.
Fraud Prevention & Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
Working with fraud teams to identify, analyse, and mitigate fraudulent transactions.
Staying updated on evolving financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR) across different jurisdictions.
Analysis & Reporting:
Analysing payment trends, including volumes, success rates, and transaction costs.
Generating reports for senior management on payment performance and KPIs.
Reconciling monthly payments and managing aged receivables.
Technical Integration & Optimization:
Collaborating with technical teams to optimize payment routing strategies.

Client Accounting Team Leader
My Client, a growing Corporate Service Provider, is on the lookout for a finance professional to join the team.
The Team Leader will manage a client portfolio while supervising and supporting junior accountants within the Client Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review client accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, and financial statements
Oversee audit processes and ensure all statutory deadlines are met
Review work completed by others and assist with technical accounting queries
Hold regular team meetings and monitor workload and progress
Liaise with management, auditors, and other departments
Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulations
Support training, performance reviews, and best practices within the team
Contribute to client meetings and assist in securing new business
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant
At least 2 years’ senior experience in client accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAGE

Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and in a team
Detail-oriented, responsible, and professional with confidential data
