About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist & HR Operations Assistant to join a fast-growing online Casino and support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

As the local Recruiter, you'll play a key role in keeping recruitment processes running smoothly while supporting day-to-day HR operations. You'll partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, support onboarding, and contribute to creating an outstanding candidate and employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, including interview invitations, feedback, and rejections.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within the ATS.

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process.

  • Welcome candidates attending on-site interviews and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, welcome kits, equipment, and system access.

  • Maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support HR administration, reporting, documentation, and operational projects.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes while collaborating with local and global stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or a similar People Operations role.

  • Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms (Workable and BambooHR are a plus).

  • Native or bilingual Portuguese and advanced English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing or international company.

  • Previous experience supporting both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

  • Familiarity with Workable, BambooHR, Google Workspace, Slack, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
