My client a is a Malta-based software developer is looking for a Head of Finance to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day finance operations
- Manage and develop a small finance team.
- Oversee client revenue share calculations
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Maltese accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
- Support audits, VAT returns, budgets, and cash flow planning.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in iGaming or a multinational environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.

What you’ll do
Stay up to date with regulatory and legal changes, including AML/CFT requirements

German language skills are an advantage

About the Role
A growing B2C iGaming company on Malta is on the lookout for a Finance Executive to join the team. You’ll assist with PSP reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and banking relationships, while still getting hands-on with day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the Head of Finance.
