Seeking a Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate marketing channel across key markets. This role has full ownership of performance, partnerships, and strategic direction, combining commercial leadership, data-driven decision making, and strategic oversight. The goal is to ensure the affiliate program delivers sustainable growth while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the Affiliate Strategy: Define and execute plans to grow the affiliate channel across key markets, focusing on revenue, ROI, and long-term partnerships.
- Manage Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with affiliates, networks, and media partners to drive high-quality traffic.
- Optimize Performance: Use analytics and reporting to track channel performance, refine campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, business intelligence, and compliance teams to align affiliate activity with broader company objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring affiliate campaigns follow legal and internal guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the affiliate team, setting priorities and encouraging professional development.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–8+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within online gaming or entertainment. Proven track record managing revenue-generating programs.
- Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, understanding of CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models, and experience optimising ROI.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead a team, provide clear direction, develop talent, and foster accountability.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations in multiple jurisdictions and experience ensuring campaigns comply with legal standards.
- Industry Engagement: Willing to attend conferences, events, and meetings to build relationships, stay informed on trends, and promote the company brand.
