Affiliate Manager - Remote.
Role Summary
A hands-on management role responsible for driving growth through affiliate, influencer, and streaming marketing channels within the iGaming sector. The role requires 2-3 years of proven iGaming experience, preferably with sweepstakes marketing exposure.
The role is fully remote however, you need to be based in Europe!
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners within the iGaming space.

Negotiate deals and optimize affiliate agreements to maximize ROI

Directly manage day-to-day affiliate, influencer, and streaming partnerships with a hands-on approach.

Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets.

Collaborate closely with marketing, BI, and product teams to ensure alignment of partnership activities with business goals.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing or partnership management.

Hands-on experience managing campaigns and partnerships in the iGaming sector.

Prior experience with sweepstakes, crypto or skill-based games marketing.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

??Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.

Fluent in English.
