The Role I am working with an iGaming operator who is currently seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their team in Gibraltar. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the affiliate marketing program to drive high-quality content, traffic and FTDs. This role involves growing the affiliate programme, managing existing affiliates, negotiating deals, and analysing performance to ensure the affiliate programme delivers against aggressive business targets. Responsibilities Affiliate Program Management Manage and grow the affiliate programme using established and new affiliate platforms. Recruit new affiliates, and content partners to maximise FTD volumes and delivery against aggressive business plans for FTDs and ROI Negotiate commercial structures to maximize ROI and volumes. Relationship Building Develop strong relationships with top-performing affiliates to ensure consistent performance. Act as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, resolving issues and supporting their success. Coordinate exclusive offers, promotions, and content for key affiliates. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, leads, conversions, CPA/ROAS) and optimise Prepare reports for internal stakeholders on program performance. Compliance & Brand Integrity Ensure all affiliates comply with brand guidelines and advertising policies. The role requires 2-3 years of proven iGaming experience, preferably with sweepstakes marketing exposure. The role is fully remote however, you need to be based in Europe!
