About the Role
Our Client are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Malta. In this role, you will support operational activities, handle agent queries, and monitor gaming systems in real time. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in technical support and the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle agent requests via written communication and provide timely support
- Operate and manage back-end game tools
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and tool usage
- Monitor game operations in real time and respond to issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong interest in technical support and gaming
- Basic understanding of IT, networking, or systems is an advantage
- Background in Information Management or Computer Science is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
