Title: Senior Affiliate Manager - Finland

Pentasia are supporting a dynamic iGaming organisation in their search for a Senior Affiliate Manager - Finland to join their Malta office. A successful candidate will drive growth in the Finnish market by independently acquiring and managing affiliate partnerships, optimising performance, and increasing revenue across both new and existing affiliates.

 



Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and build strong relationships with new affiliates while managing an existing portfolio with a focus on performance optimisation
  • Continuously develop existing affiliate deals through innovation and new commercial structures
  • Work closely with underperforming affiliates to maximise revenue and profitability, improve payback timelines, and scale acquisition through key partner relationships
  • Ensure KPIs, traffic, and revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates to maximise long-term partnerships
  • Manage multiple affiliate accounts while analysing data to drive continuous performance improvement
  • Manage affiliate platform CRM, commission structures, and budget allocation
 


Experience / Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on new customer growth in a specific regional market
  • Demonstrated success managing and executing multi-channel affiliate campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Income Access, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Business Suite, and Jira is a plus
 


Preferred skills

  • Experience with HTML and CSS for landing pages and promotional materials
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and BI tools to independently find, extract, and analyse data
  • Strong understanding of pre-regulated or evolving market dynamics
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing with a successful track record in managing and optimising affiliate portfolios

In this role, you will lead end-to-end CRM customer engagement by defining strategy, managing a multi-functional team, and delivering data-driven campaigns and segmentation to drive retention, personalisation, and revenue growth.   Role Objective This role will drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value by unifying CRM activities under a clear strategy, leading a high-performing team, and delivering data-driven, targeted customer campaigns.   Core Responsibilities  Lead and manage the Customer Engagement team within CRM, ensuring alignment across automation, campaign management, VIP, and specialist functions. Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Oversee customer segmentation, triggered communications, and mass campaign execution. Plan and coordinate campaigns across multiple brands and customer segments. Ensure VIP and high-value customer communications are personalised, timely, and impactful. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with knowledge of the Swiss market considered a plus. This role requires a passion for digital entertainment, streaming, and social media, along with proven experience in building and managing influencer partnerships that drive user acquisition and brand growth.   Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align influencer campaigns with broader initiatives. Influencer Management Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with influencers, streamers, and brand ambassadors across the DACH region. Assess the quality and authenticity of influencer channels before onboarding. Manage campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, execution, and post-campaign evaluation. Negotiate contracts and oversee influencer budgets. Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation Track campaign performance daily and ensure all influencer activity goes live as scheduled.
