Paid Media Specialist.
Overview
Pentasia have partnered with an iGaming Operator in their search for a Paid Media Specialist. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and performance of multi-channel paid media campaigns across major digital platforms to drive user acquisition and growth. You’ll manage budgets, optimize results, and work closely with creative and data teams to scale high-impact campaigns and support an ambitious long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to maximise ROI and reduce CPA.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure all assets are on brand and tailored to the local market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep paid media activity aligned with broader business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity and trends within the digital media landscape.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to scale successful campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and maintain accurate tracking using analytics and attribution tools.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 5+ years in paid media roles, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Capacity to work office based in Gibraltar
