About the Role:
This is a remote position for an experienced influencer marketing specialist who will focus on identifying and managing partnerships with streamers, bloggers, and content creators in the LATAM and wider regions, specifically within iGaming verticals. The ideal candidate will be skilled at launching and optimizing influencer campaigns, with a strong understanding of regional market trends, audience behavior, and platform preferences. This is a high-impact role offering the chance to collaborate with top-tier creators and contribute to scalable growth strategies across diverse GEOs.Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage influencers, streamers, and content creators in the LATAM and Asian markets, ensuring cultural and GEO alignment.
- Analyze audience authenticity, detect artificial growth, and assess engagement and traffic quality.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish — including briefing, coordination, deadline tracking, and content delivery.
- Oversee compliance with campaign guidelines and technical requirements; perform quality control prior to campaign launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and adjust strategies based on region and influencer type.
- Maintain and expand a personal database of trusted influencers in target markets.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reports on campaign results, budgets, and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with creative and media teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Desired Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing within iGaming industry is required.
- Direct experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $10,000 USD or more, with measurable success.
- A personal or vetted database of influencers in LATAM and/or Asia is a strong advantage.
- Ability to interpret marketing data, assess traffic quality, and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
- Capable of working independently with full responsibility for campaign outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships across different time zones and cultures.

Our client, a leading global iGaming operator (casino and sports betting), is on the lookout for an experience and strategic Head of Legal & Compliance for the LatAm market. In this role, you will lead licensing, and compliance activities across LatAm for their global business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our client’s operations remain aligned with local regulatory frameworks, emerging legislation, and global standards for responsible, compliant, and ethical wagering.
The successful candidate will be the regional legal expert, trusted advisor to the business, and the key liaison with regulators and external counsel across LatAm markets.

Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on all regional legal matters, including regulatory, commercial, licensing, corporate, and employment-related issues.

Proven ability to interpret and influence regulatory frameworks.
Strong background in compliance, including AML/CTF and responsible gambling.

Experience operating in a multinational, matrixed organisation.
Fluent in English.
