Pentasia are supporting an Operator in their search for a highly skilled Head of Marketing Data. This in an on-site role based in Costa Rica, with a full relocation package included. Successful candidates will have proven experience owning and leading entire marketing data functions and delivering insightful reports, analysis and performance optimisations.  
 

Key Responsibilities 
Leadership & Strategy 

  • Lead the marketing data function and set a clear strategy aligned with commercial objectives. 

  • Build, mentor, and manage a focused team of analysts and BI specialists. 

  • Uphold high standards of data quality and ensure alignment with Data Science and Engineering. 
     

Data Management & Analysis 

  • Oversee the full marketing data stack with clear visibility from spend to revenue. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and models covering key performance and player metrics. 

  • Uncover segments, trends, and channel efficiencies to drive stronger marketing ROI. 
     

Reporting & Insights 

  • Produce weekly and monthly KPI/ROI reports for senior leadership. 

  • Create executive dashboards showcasing performance across all marketing channels. 

  • Convert complex data into clear recommendations and lead campaign performance reviews. 
     

Collaboration & Integration 

  • Partner with IT/Dev and Data Engineering to maintain robust, accurate data pipelines. 

  • Collaborate with Data Science, Finance, BI, Product, and CRM on forecasting, segmentation, and P&L visibility. 

  • Ensure marketing data supports lifecycle, segmentation, and cross-team performance efforts. 
     

Innovation & Future Development 

  • Continually enhance marketing analytics tools, processes, and frameworks. 

  • Identify and adopt new technologies and automation to improve measurement capabilities. 

  • Foster a culture of testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization. 
     

     

Requirements 
Experience & Education  

  • 8–10 years’ experience in marketing analytics/BI with a track record leading marketing data functions. 

  • Proven experience leading marketing data or analytics functions with commercial accountability. 
     

Technical Skills 

  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). 

  • Strong SQL and GA4 skills, with knowledge of modern marketing data integrations. 
     

Leadership & Communication 

  • Strong analytical storytelling skills, able to turn data into clear, actionable insights. 

  • Commercially minded communicator confident working with executives and cross-functional teams.

Overview:  Pentasia have partnered with a global iGaming organisation in their search for a Senior Internal Communications Manager. In this role, you’ll lead a global internal communications strategy, using compelling storytelling to bring culture and people initiatives to life. Overview Pentasia are supporting an Operator in their search for a CRM Specialist to support their CRM & Retention operations. This is a fully remote role, where you will help build, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, pop-ups, and inbox messaging. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to grow in an iGaming / Sweepstakes environment. Responsibilities Set up and schedule CRM campaigns across email, push, and on-site channels. Assist with ongoing promotional setups and execution. Help design and optimize automated lifecycle journeys. Build, maintain and QA audience segments based on user behaviour. Upload CRM content and ensure accuracy of links, CTAs, and dynamic fields. Run A/B tests to improve messaging, segmentation, and conversion performance. Track key CRM metrics and provide regular performance insights. Requirements / Qualifications 1-2 years of CRM experience (iGaming/sweepstakes/gaming preferred). Experience working with CRM platforms (Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io). Basic understanding of dynamic personalization fields, events/triggers, player segmentation logic. Strong English writing and communication skills.
