Job Description

Title: Head of Affilaites

Location: Sliema (Hybrid: 2 days WFH)

Salary: Flexible (Depending on Experience)

 

Pentasia are supporting a dynamic and innovative organisation within the iGaming industry. In this role, you will lead and grow the affiliate marketing function, expanding a global partner network and driving high-quality traffic across multiple brands. They’ll set and execute affiliate strategy, working closely with internal teams to improve performance and acquisition results.

At a senior level, they’re expected to make an immediate impact, using their industry expertise and network to deliver strong ROI, especially in competitive and regulated markets, while taking a hands-on, results-driven approach.
 



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing affiliate team
  • Expand and strengthen the affiliate network by recruiting high-quality partners
  • Drive traffic growth and maximise acquisition performance across all brands
  • Build and nurture long-term affiliate relationships to deliver consistent revenue growth
  • Negotiate bespoke commercial agreements to unlock incremental opportunities
  • Oversee initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and overall performance
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on affiliate activity to ensure strong ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting marketing assets
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and incentive programmes
  • Produce regular affiliate communications, including newsletters and updates
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates
  • Provide regular performance reporting against targets and strategic goals
 


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior affiliate marketing role within the online gaming sector
  • Strong expertise in global online marketing and acquisition channels
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, partnership development, and revenue growth
  • Established network within the affiliate marketing space
  • Experience operating in multiple licensing environments
  • Track record of marketing to high-barrier markets
  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive, hands-on approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
