Essential Experience Significant senior-level regulatory compliance experience within gambling, financial services or a similarly regulated sector. Deep understanding of UK gambling regulation, licensing requirements and regulatory expectations. Demonstrable experience operating within a second-line compliance function. Strong leadership experience, including the development and management of senior compliance teams. Experience engaging with regulators and senior external stakeholders. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to operate credibly at Executive and Board level. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
