Digital Marketing Director (Betting Industry)
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Director to lead and manage the complete online marketing strategy for a fast-growing betting and gaming brand. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, creative, and experienced in the betting/iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, branding, and digital growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the complete digital marketing strategy across all online channels
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, influencers, etc.)
- Lead acquisition, retention, CRM, and reactivation strategies
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, CPA, LTV, and other key KPIs
- Coordinate with design, content, CRM, product, and management teams
- Oversee media planning, campaign execution, and budget allocation
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new digital opportunities within the betting industry
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
- Manage external agencies, partners, and media collaborations
- Prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the betting/iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of online acquisition and retention channels
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, analytics, and tracking tools
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
- Experience managing budgets and marketing teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- English language proficiency required

The role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to help grow our early acquisition channels through affiliate partnerships, KOLs, and strategic integrations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the founding team to help build and run partnerships from the ground up. You’ll support outreach, onboard partners, coordinate launches, and help shape the systems and processes as we scale.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some crypto/Web3 partnerships experience and wants more ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you’ll work on
Affiliate & KOL partnerships
Help manage and grow the affiliate and KOL program
Support onboarding, tracking setup, and partner communications
Assist with outreach to crypto creators, affiliates, and communities
Help build partner resources and campaign materials
Track partner performance and reporting
Strategic integrations
Research and identify potential partners across wallets, chains, communities, and Web3 products
Support partnership discussions and coordination with internal teams
Help manage launches and ongoing partner relationships
Assist with joint campaigns and go-to-market activities
Cross-functional support
Help track KPIs such as partner-driven users and activity
Work with marketing and product teams on partnership initiatives

What we’re looking for
Required
Around 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, BD, or community growth
At least 1 year of experience in crypto/Web3
Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, wallets, and online communities
Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
Strong written English and communication skills
Self-starter who enjoys working in early-stage environments
Nice to have
Experience working with KOLs, affiliates, or creator partnerships
Existing network in crypto Twitter, Telegram, or Discord
Background in consumer crypto, GameFi, or on-chain products
Additional languages are a plus

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of affiliate partners
Provide market insights and recommendations on trends and best practices within the Spanish affiliate landscape

Grow and optimise a portfolio of affiliate accounts to maximise revenue and overall channel performance

SEM, including keyword research, optimisation, and campaign analysis
Landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Mexos, or MyAffiliates
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or Power BI
Ability to interpret data, analyse performance, and track key digital marketing KPIs
Experience managing budgets and working with agencies and media partners
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical mindset; experience with statistics or BI tools would be advantageous
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
Professional level English (minimum B2, assessed during the interview process); additional languages are an advantage
