Overview
Pentasia are supporting an Operator in their search for a CRM Specialist to support their CRM & Retention operations. This is a fully remote role, where you will help build, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, pop-ups, and inbox messaging. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to grow in an iGaming / Sweepstakes environment.

Pentasia are supporting an Operator in their search for a CRM Specialist to support their CRM & Retention operations. This is a fully remote role, where you will help build, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push, pop-ups, and inbox messaging. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to grow in an iGaming / Sweepstakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and schedule CRM campaigns across email, push, and on-site channels.
- Assist with ongoing promotional setups and execution.
- Help design and optimize automated lifecycle journeys.
- Build, maintain and QA audience segments based on user behaviour.
- Upload CRM content and ensure accuracy of links, CTAs, and dynamic fields.
- Run A/B tests to improve messaging, segmentation, and conversion performance.
- Track key CRM metrics and provide regular performance insights.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 1-2 years of CRM experience (iGaming/sweepstakes/gaming preferred).
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io).
- Basic understanding of dynamic personalization fields, events/triggers, player segmentation logic.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, structured workflow, and strong time management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Eagerness to learn advanced CRM concepts and grow quickly.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with sweepstakes mechanics.
- Understanding of bonus systems, loyalty program structures, and gamification.
- Familiarity with deliverability, inbox placement, or HTML email best practices.
- Comfortable editing HTML email templates (fixing spacing, links, images).

In this role, you’ll lead a global internal communications strategy, using compelling storytelling to bring culture and people initiatives to life. Working with HR, leadership and regional teams, you’ll shape key messaging, manage sensitive communications and deliver campaigns that boost engagement and cultural alignment.
What You Will be Doing:
Strategic HR Communications
Develop and lead a global internal communications strategy aligned with our business goals.
Serve as the primary internal comms partner to Marketing, HR and Operations, supporting messaging around business and HR messages, such as employee experience, engagement, change, L&D, recognition.
Manage communications around sensitive or complex people-related topics such as organizational change, policy updates, and leadership announcements.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and deliver campaigns that build understanding of and alignment with our culture, values, and ways of working.
Support the rollout and communication of engagement surveys, people policies, and employee programs.
Collaborate on initiatives that celebrate employee milestones, community building, and inclusion.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Develop high-impact content across a variety of formats (email, video, intranet, live events, newsletters) with a strong, consistent tone of voice.

Channels & Tools
Own and optimize internal communications platforms, making recommendations on the best tools for the business.

What We Need From You:
8–10+ years of internal communications experience, with a strong focus on HR/people communications.
Experience in a global organization with a geographically and culturally diverse workforce.
Proven ability to deliver communication strategies that support employee engagement and cultural alignment.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to craft compelling content for all levels of the organization.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels.
Comfortable handling sensitive topics and managing communications in times of change.
Experience in high-growth or regulated industries (e.g., fintech, gaming, tech).
Intimate knowledge of internal communications tools and employee engagement platforms.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
