Country Manager – New Zealand
Remote | Full-Time | iGaming

A fast-growing international iGaming business is looking for an experienced Country Manager to take ownership of the New Zealand market and drive ambitious growth plans across the region.

This is a commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing local market strategy across brand, acquisition, CRM, affiliates, and digital marketing channels. You’ll work closely with global teams while acting as the key voice for the New Zealand market, ensuring campaigns are locally relevant, compliant, and performance-driven.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading brand building and acquisition marketing strategy for New Zealand
• Managing ATL and digital marketing channels including TV, radio, sponsorships, PR, affiliates, CRM, and paid media
• Owning budgets, forecasts, campaign performance, and ROI analysis
• Managing relationships with agencies, media partners, and third-party suppliers
• Driving local brand positioning, tone of voice, and market-specific campaigns
• Ensuring all activity complies with local gaming regulations

What we’re looking for:
? 5+ years in a senior marketing or country management role
? Strong experience within B2C online gaming/iGaming
? Proven success launching and scaling brands in New Zealand
? Deep understanding of the NZ media and advertising landscape
? Hands-on experience managing significant marketing budgets and performance campaigns
? Previous people management experience

I am looking for someone who is native Portuguese and loves the I-Gaming sector and is ideally already based in Malta.
