Corporate Legal Counsel

Location: On-site (Hybrid after 6 months) | Type: Full-time

Overview
My client an iGaming company is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to support corporate governance, legal compliance, and strategic projects across the Group. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on corporate governance and legal compliance.
  • Draft and review corporate documents, board resolutions, and agreements.
  • Manage corporate housekeeping and statutory filings.
  • Support company restructures, M&A, and strategic transactions.
  • Liaise with regulators, registries, and external legal counsel.
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer (LLB required; LLM advantageous).
  • 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Strong corporate law and governance knowledge.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Regulated industry and iGaming experience are advantageous.

Onboarding Compliance (Underwriting) Specialist Location: On-site (Hybrid after 6 months) | Type: Full-time Overview My iGaming client is looking for an Onboarding Compliance (Underwriting) Specialist to join its Legal team. You'll be responsible for carrying out KYC, due diligence, and compliance checks on business partners, ensuring all onboarding processes meet regulatory and internal compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct KYC and due diligence on new and existing partners. Complete risk assessments and recommend approvals or escalations. Manage onboarding documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor compliance with AML, CTF, FATCA, OFAC, and gaming regulations. Identify and escalate suspicious activity where required. Support compliance reporting, audits, and policy updates. Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders. Deliver compliance guidance and training to internal teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years' experience in Compliance, KYC, Underwriting, or a similar role. Strong understanding of AML and financial crime regulations. Knowledge of gaming regulations is advantageous. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. PSP Reconciliation Specialist Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days at home. Full time. Salary - EUR35-42K + Benefits. The Role As a PSP Reconciliation Specialist, you'll be ensuring payment transactions are accurately reconciled between PSPs, internal systems and settlement files while being a part of a friendly team. Key Responsibilities Perform daily PSP reconciliations across multiple payment providers. Investigate reconciliation breaks, settlement variances and missing transactions using SQL and Excel. Reconcile settlements, fees and balance sheet accounts at month-end. Resolve unmatched transactions with internal stakeholders and PSPs. Prepare reconciliation reports and identify trends or risks. Support improvements to reconciliation tools, controls and processes. What they're Looking For Essential Previous PSP reconciliation experience. Strong SQL and Excel skills. Good understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English.
