About the Role
As the Legal and Compliance Officer – LATAM, you’ll support legal, compliance, AML, and regulatory initiatives across the region. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operations, products, and partnerships are legally sound and aligned with local regulatory requirements. This is a junior-level role ideal for a corporate lawyer seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital-first company.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, software licenses, and data processing terms
• Maintain and adapt standard contract templates for subcontracts, consultancy, and reseller agreements
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance on company operations and product launches
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to ensure regulatory compliance across LATAM markets
• Support the implementation of legal and compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls
• Help track license obligations, regulatory filings, and reports to authorities
• Assist with internal compliance audits, due diligence, and AML practices
• Contribute to licensing applications and regulatory submissions
• Address internal queries and support teams on legal and compliance matters

What We’re Looking For

• Law degree with at least 2 years of corporate legal experience
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation
• Familiarity with LATAM regulatory regimes and dealing with regulators or auditors is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, Airtable, and Intercom
• Knowledge of the online gaming or gambling sector is a bonus

• Full-time role based in Colombia (Bogotá preferred)
• Hybrid model: Office presence on Mondays and Fridays, remote the rest of the week
