About the Role:

This semi-senior legal position supports the Latam legal hub by managing commercial contracts and regulatory matters across the region. The role focuses on drafting tech-related agreements, advising on corporate legal issues, and helping establish scalable legal processes. It’s ideal for a Colombia-qualified lawyer with a solid grasp of English and a passion for working in dynamic, international environments.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and negotiate various legal agreements commonly used in tech operations, such as intellectual property licenses, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Track and interpret evolving legislation and regulations affecting operations in Latin America.
• Deliver legal guidance on a broad array of commercial and operational matters.
• Support the development of a scalable legal function by assisting with the creation of contract templates and internal legal procedures.
• Help maintain and enforce adherence to both regional and global corporate policies and ensure legal documentation is organized and up to date.

Desired experience:

• Must be a licensed attorney in Colombia, with an active professional card.
• Between 1 and 4 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Proficiency in English is essential, particularly in legal drafting and reading.
• Previous exposure to fast-paced, technology-oriented environments is advantageous.
• Should be adaptable and comfortable handling legal issues across different cultures and jurisdictions in a multinational context.
