About the Role
Our client is seeking an Executive Director of Operations to serve as a strategic and hands-on leader driving operational excellence across the enterprise. This role is both highly strategic and deeply tactical, functioning as a connective hub across the organization to ensure that systems, processes, people, and platforms are aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and partners.
This leader will operate as a chief-of-staff-style partner to executive leadership, flexing up and down with teams as needed, leading complex programs end-to-end, and collaborating closely with all functions, including Technology, Product Innovation, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Facilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute an enterprise-wide operations strategy aligned with the clients’ mission, values, and long-term strategic plan
Build scalable operational frameworks, systems, and policies that enable growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, supporting strategic planning, program delivery, and cross-functional execution
Act as a cross-functional integrator, driving alignment and accountability across all departments
Oversee process design, workflow optimization, and operational KPIs
Lead vendor strategy, contract performance management, and service-level agreements
Partner with Technology, Product, People & Culture, Finance, and Marketing to ensure systems support evolving organizational needs
Guide system upgrades, data governance, risk mitigation, cybersecurity awareness, and business continuity planning
Own operational budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance across legal, financial, data privacy, cybersecurity, and organizational policies
Maintain readiness for audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
Proven success leading enterprise operations, systems oversight, and organizational transformation
Experience driving complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
Core Skills
Exceptional communicator that can clearly articulate strategy, priorities, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on and strategic mindset with comfortability zooming out to strategy and diving into execution
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex, fast-moving environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clarity and focus
Preferred Certifications
PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), CM, CSCP, or CMQ/OE

Main Responsibilities:
Develop long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
Oversee and expand revenue streams within an assigned portfolio by identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate with clients to improve game visibility and performance through targeted marketing and promotional activities
Contribute to securing and maintaining favorable commercial terms in partnerships

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by sharing insights, best practices, and industry knowledge

Desired experience:
Previous experience in account management, business development, or similar client-facing roles, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital entertainment (preferred but not strictly mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional planning is advantageous
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Candidates must be based in or eligible to work in one of the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Peru, or Chile
Willingness to undergo an initial training period in Taiwan before transitioning to a role based in LATAM (mandatory)

In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for partners, maintaining regular communication, strengthening long-term relationships, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and support.
You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate the successful delivery of products and services, while developing a deep understanding of each client’s business needs. By gathering feedback, monitoring satisfaction levels, and resolving issues quickly, you will play a vital role in ensuring partners maximise value from the collaboration.
This role also carries a strong commercial focus, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Experience working with game developers or operators in the iGaming space would be a strong advantage, particularly with exposure to partners across the European market.
