A fast-growing iGaming business is seeking a senior Compliance Manager to lead and establish the compliance function for their Brazil market operations. This position is ideal for someone with deep regulatory knowledge, operational compliance experience, and the ability to build scalable frameworks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all betting operations remain aligned with Brazil’s evolving regulatory landscape, including Law 14.790 and SPA requirements. The role combines regulatory compliance, AML oversight, risk controls, licensing support, and operational execution. About the Role: This role will take ownership of the compliance setup and ongoing regulatory operations for the Brazil market. The person joining this company will work closely with legal, operations, payments, and external regulatory partners to establish strong compliance standards across the business. The position requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable building processes from the ground up while supporting daily operational compliance activities.
