Head of Marketing (Sweden) - Onsite, Malta or Remote, Stockholm .
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing (Sweden) to lead their brand strategy in Sweden. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic marketing leader to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share in a highly competitive landscape.
Location Flexibility: The position offers the flexibility to work either on-site at our Malta office or remotely from Stockholm, depending on your preference.
Role Overview:
As a Head of Marketing, you'll architect and lead the strategic marketing roadmap for Sweden, collaborating closely with the Country Director and Chief Regional Officer.
Your mission: deliver bold and effective marketing initiatives across all channels that elevate brand recognition, boost player acquisition, and ensure long-term market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute state-of-the-art marketing strategies for online and offline campaigns, acquisition funnels, and branding initiatives specific to the Swedish market
- Lead marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking in alignment with executive leadership
- Drive penetration strategies for the company's brand in through innovative approaches tailored to Swedish consumer behavior and regulatory frameworks
- Leverage your professional network to unlock high-impact partnerships, media opportunities, and industry insights across the global iGaming landscape
- Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs across all marketing functions to ensure performance-driven campaigns
- Direct and empower internal marketing teams, including:
- - SEO strategy & implementation
- - Media Buying & Planning
- - Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven senior-level experience in marketing within iGaming or digital entertainment industries
- Strong grasp of Swedish market dynamics, regulations, and player behavior
- Extensive network within the international marketing and iGaming community
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and launching multi-channel campaigns
- Data-driven approach and deep understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus as well as Dutch is an advantage.
