Pentasia is proud to be partnering with a leading online sports operator to recruit a CRM Manager – Sports Promotions based in Denver. This is a senior, high impact role responsible for shaping promotional strategy and driving customer loyalty across the entire user lifecycle. Leading a dedicated Sports CRM team, you will deliver data driven promotions and best in class customer journeys within a fast paced, highly regulated environment.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded CRM leader with deep experience in online sports betting, promotional mechanics, and loyalty programs, who thrives at the intersection of data, customer experience, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer promotions and loyalty offers across sports products
  • Own reporting on campaign performance and commercial impact, translating insights into action
  • Support day to day CRM operations, ensuring projects and promotions are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Champion a test and learn culture, utilizing A/B testing, multivariate testing, and control groups to optimize CRM performance
  • Define and implement localized, territory specific CRM strategies, delivering structured and scalable campaign roadmaps
  • Ensure all CRM activity fully complies with regulatory and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to communicate CRM goals, results, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain deep knowledge of CRM platforms, CDPs, and promotional mechanics, ensuring best practice is embedded across the team
  • Propose customer centric innovations designed to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and CRM best practices to keep strategies market leading
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to maximize impact
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing Sports CRM team
  • Take ownership of day to day people management, capacity planning, and delivery standards
  • Delegate effectively through strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Support team members in developing technical CRM expertise and commercial understanding
Skills & Experience Required
  • Extensive experience in CRM, promotions, or loyalty roles within the online sports betting industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience using CRM/CDP platforms such as Optimove, XtremePush, and/or Braze
  • Deep understanding of sports betting customer lifecycles, promotional mechanics, and loyalty frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross departmentally
  • Confident decision maker with a track record of delivering projects from concept to execution
  • Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
