Lifecycle & retention: Stand up CRM, VIP, and loyalty programs; drive onboarding, engagement, cross sell, and reactivation with rigorous experimentation.
Data-driven decisioning: Implement marketing analytics (LTV/CAC, cohort models, incrementality testing, MMM/MTA) and ensure clean tracking across web, mobile, and wallet flows.
Brand & community: Establish a distinctive brand; grow owned communities (Discord/Telegram/Twitter/X); activate creator/streamer partnerships.

What You’ll Bring
Leadership depth: 8+ years in consumer growth/marketing with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in iGaming, sportsbook/predictions.
Proven scaler: Track record taking products from launch to meaningful revenue in multi-market contexts; comfortable building process, structure, and dashboards from scratch.
