Role purpose: Own and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the full customer journey — from acquisition and landing pages through registration, and ongoing engagement. This role combines analytics, experimentation, and UX insight to deliver continuous improvements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and build an optimization roadmap. You will own the testing roadmap and will lead experimentation end-to-end.
Key responsibilities:
? Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap across web and mobile journeys, including prioritization, hypothesis creation, experiment design, and results evaluation
? Analyze user behavior to identify friction and drop-off points (funnels, cohorts, segments, device, geo)
? Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests, partnering with Design, Marketing, and Engineering to ship changes
? Build a weekly/monthly optimization rhythm, plus a quarterly roadmap
? Use tools such as web analytics and experimentation platforms; ensure measurement is solid (event tracking, dashboards, test validity)
? Partner with stakeholders to improve landing pages, registration flows, payment steps, content, and UX patterns that directly impact conversion and revenue
Key requirements:
? Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or eCommerce rate optimization (experience in eCommerce or SaaS required; iGaming experience is a strong plus)
? Strong hands-on ability to move from insight to hypothesis, testing, and rollout in a cross-functional environment
? Advanced analytical skills, including funnel analysis, segmentation, and statistical thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
