Operations Managers (Thailand)
Salary: 60,000 - 110,000 THB per month
Location: Asia, 100% Remote
Employment: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Operations Managers to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of established B2C online gaming brands in Thailand.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity suited to someone who understands the Thai online gaming market and can operate with a high level of autonomy. The platform and much of the underlying infrastructure are highly automated, so the focus is on someone who can take ownership, identify what needs to be done, and drive things forward.
Depending on experience and fit, successful candidates may take ownership of a specific brand, team, or area of the Thailand operation.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of day-to-day operations and performance across assigned B2C brands in Thailand
Drive the ongoing development, optimisation and growth of the local operation
Monitor market conditions, player behaviour, competitors and commercial opportunities within Thailand
Manage and coordinate local operational requirements, ensuring the business is effectively positioned for the Thai market
Work closely with internal teams and the Founder/CEO to identify operational priorities, resolve issues and implement improvements
Support the launch and optimisation of new brands, products and initiatives within the market
Oversee relationships and operational processes with relevant local partners, including payment providers, affiliates and other commercial partners
Manage and develop local affiliate and traffic relationships, including onboarding, performance and commercial activity
Ensure payment channels and processes are working effectively, identifying and resolving issues where required
Support VIP operations and handle escalations or critical player-related issues when necessary
Oversee Thai localisation and content, ensuring communications, promotions and marketing materials are appropriate for the local market
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies and opportunities, taking ownership of solutions rather than waiting for direction
Work independently within a lean, highly automated environment and act as a key operational point of contact for Thailand
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Thai iGaming, online gaming, casino or sportsbook operations
Previous experience at Country Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager or a similar level
Strong understanding of the Thai online gaming market and local player behaviour
Experience working within a B2C gaming environment
Good understanding of local payments and payment processes
Exposure to affiliate management, traffic acquisition or other commercial functions
Experience managing or taking ownership of a market, brand, team or operational function
Strong commercial and operational judgement, with the ability to identify what needs attention and take action
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving and relatively lean environment
Fluent Thai and English
Existing relationships or a strong network within the Thai iGaming market would be advantageous
What You Can Expect
The opportunity to take genuine ownership of operations within the Thailand market
A senior role within an established gaming business with further Asian expansion planned
Exposure to multiple B2C brands and a highly automated technology platform
Significant autonomy and direct interaction with senior leadership
Fully remote working from Thailand
Competitive salary of 60,000 - 110,000 THB per month, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
Performance-based bonus linked to business and operational KPIs

Internal Audit Manager
Leading iGaming Operator | Sliema, Malta | Hybrid
Our client is one of the most exciting growth-stage operators in European iGaming right now. In under seven years, they've built a portfolio of regulated casino brands across Finland, the Netherlands, and Portugal — and they're not done yet.
Now, as the business scales across multiple regulated markets, they're building the governance infrastructure to match their ambitions. This is a genuinely rare opportunity: a newly created Internal Audit Manager role that reports directly to the CEO, with the scope to build the function from the ground up in a company that takes compliance as seriously as it takes product.
The Role
You'll be the first dedicated Internal Audit hire — which means real ownership, real impact, and a direct line to the CEO and Board. The framework exists; you'll sharpen, embed, and run it. This is not a back-office compliance role. It's a strategic function with teeth.
Your core focus will be across four areas:
Strategic audit planning — building and owning the audit programme, risk assessments, and objectives across all markets
Compliance oversight — MGA, KSA, and Portuguese gambling regulations, AML, and corporate governance
Operational auditing — independent review of financial, operational, and control processes across the business
Game Risk — acting as the company's Game Risk Analyst under Dutch RG regulations, owning the game risk classification and policy
As the business grows, you'll build and lead the internal audit team around you.
What They're Looking For
At least 3 years' experience in the iGaming industry — audit experience preferred but not essential
Solid knowledge of MGA, KSA, or Portuguese gambling regulations (one or more)
An investigative mindset — someone who spots what others miss and asks the right questions
Previous MGA Key Function Holder experience is a strong plus
Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred; internal audit qualification an asset
Fluent English; Dutch and/or Portuguese a significant advantage
Hands-on, ethical, and comfortable working at pace in a scale-up environment
What's On Offer
? Hybrid working model
? Brand new Malta offices with private parking
? Competitive salary (DOE)
? Private health insurance
? Wellness allowance up to €600/year
? Meal allowance
? Employee assistance programme
? Company discounts & birthday perks
? Daily office lunches & healthy snacks
? Direct CEO reporting line
About the Company
Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing online casino operator active across regulated European markets, with offices in Malta, Estonia and the Netherlands. Operating across three regulated jurisdictions and holding licences from the MGA and KSA, they have built a culture defined by simplicity, integrity, and trust — and they're scaling fast. With around 100 people and multiple established brands, this is a business at an exciting inflection point.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a builder's mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments where they can create structure, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with executive leadership. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, influence strategic decision-making, and help shape the future finance organization.

Paid time off and company holidays
Flexible hybrid work environment
High-growth career advancement opportunities
Opportunity to help build and shape a finance organization from the ground up
Senior Product & Full-Stack Engineer
Fully remote
Attractive salary depending on experience
The role:
You connect the interface to the data behind it.
We are looking for someone who can judge what is worth building, rather than someone who can build everything.
To start with, you will take one player-facing screen or backoffice tool and carry it from problem definition through release and the improvements that follow.
What you will do:
Build player-facing experiences with React, Next.js and TypeScript — accounts, game catalogue, rewards, promotions, settings
Build backoffice tools — player search and review, content management, operational workflows
Integrate existing APIs and implement the product APIs a feature needs
Handle loading, empty, error, insufficient-permission, mobile and unstable-network states properly
Write tests, and improve what you shipped based on how it is actually used.
What we are looking for:
Someone who does not stop at implementing the feature as requested, but identifies the underlying problem for users and operators and proposes a simpler solution
Experience comparing alternatives with a small prototype and adjusting scope accordingly
Real product development experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js
The ability to hold the whole path in your head — from what is on screen through the API, the state change and what gets stored
Sound judgement on authentication, permissions, validation, and the failure states users actually see
Working directly with product, operations and backend colleagues
