In this role you will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) by using CRM tools, analysing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention.   Responsibilities & Tasks: Planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines Create engaging and relevant content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing materials Work closely with internal teams to communicate planned campaigns and maintain transparency Continuously explore ways to enhance campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement and retention   Experience Required: 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement in the iGaming industry.
